Welcome to the Technology in Education Wiki!

This wiki will serve as a collection of links, tools, and other media that the UWBEDUC 591 class finds useful in a classroom setting. The entire class has contributed to make this site as cohesive as possible, and this site will be accessible to everyone years down the road. No more will we hunt for that elusive storytelling site! It's all right here.

I'm not so sure where to fit this in our topics, so I put it here-Maureen

I had thought that online gaming was more of a male arena, however, check this out:

Women outnumber men in online games, survey finds.

I had remembered reading that females can massively increase their spatial abilities by playing video games, so this might be something to consider to increase girls' interest in this area of technology.

(Thinking that maybe I'm not so unusual after all...)
